Brian also teaches how to take over payments (Subject-To leaving the existing financing in place) and Seller-Financing - both EXCELLENT strategies when interest rates are rising and we are experiencing crazy inflation.
Brian will also cover one of the best tools an investor has to manage and protect their investments: Rehabbing. Observe the small details of rehabbing, like finish work and lighting, as well as large project concepts like landscaping and kitchen design that affect the functionality of the property. Mastering these concepts can save you thousands in costs and let your subcontractors know that you are a prepared and knowledgeable investor.
We will be hosting 3 Property Tours on Friday, 3:30pm, 5pm & 6:30pm, have an evening with Brian Friday night 7-8:30pm, and he will be training Saturday 9am-5pm.
